Greetings my fellow Chillers,

A very dear person to me has recently passed away. We were together for 17 years. His courageous battle with cancer has finally come to an end. My greatest comfort is knowing he is no longer in pain and can now rest peacefully.

As I move through grief and healing, I’ll be taking a few weeks off from Cultivating Chill. I deeply appreciate your condolences and well wishes.

In the meantime, please explore Cultivating Chill’s articles, meditations, and breathwork practices at your leisure. I greatly appreciate you and look forward to my return. This space is a passion of mine, something that I do because I love all things yoga – the philosophy, the science, and the practice.
